Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pasta Station Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety within a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role involves preparing high-quality pasta dishes, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring excellent food service for our guests. Duties

- Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pasta station and surrounding work areas
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal service
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food handling regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, especially pasta dishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for culinary arts is essential

Pay: $17.60-$28.07 per hour
