Ken’s Roofing Supplies is a local roofing and building supply company serving contractors, homeowners, and construction professionals throughout Greater Victoria. We are looking for a reliable, positive, and customer-focused person to join our growing team at our Langford branch.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about building products, and being part of a busy, hands-on team environment.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

- Assisting walk-in and phone-in customers at the front counter
- Helping customers find the right roofing and building products for their needs
- Processing customer orders and delivery orders for our truck fleet
- Coordinating with warehouse, delivery, and sales staff to keep orders moving smoothly
- Assisting with inventory control, including stocking shelves and reporting low-stock items
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front-counter and showroom area
- Learning additional tasks over time to support other areas of the company as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn order-entry systems
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well with customers, coworkers, and delivery staff
- Construction, roofing, building supply, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
