Busy NE Commercial Construction Company is looking for an Experienced Working Site Supervisor to execute & coordinate daily site activities.

Candidate MUST posses Leadership skills with the ability to:

- Control & Manage Site Progress

- Monitor & Maintain Project Schedule & Reports

- Proven Organization skills with the ability to Multi-Task

- Delegate transparent Subcontractor daily Work/Scope instructions

- Ensure that all Safety Procedures are implemented at all times (OHS Standard & Company Safety Policy)

- Working vehicle and a clean Class 5 driving record

- Carpentry hand-skills needed or various site work, such as installing backing & misc. hardware and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
