Accounts Payable Administrator – Join One Duck Hospitality!

This role is based on-site and offers the prospect to work closely with our restaurant and finance teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, obtaining proper approvals, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

- Prepare and process expense reports and reconcile with various credit card statements and gather back up documents/invoices

- Reconcile company credit cards with corresponding purchases and payments





- Receive and update Wisk inventory system and Cogswell with all food and beverage orders

- Work on site at our restaurant locations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable

- Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.

- Strong understanding of financial reconciliations, Quickbooks Desktop and Online
