We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable individuals to represent our team inside busy Home Depot locations.

This is a customer engagement and lead generation role. You will speak with shoppers, introduce them to a complimentary home water quality consultation, and help book qualified appointments for our consultation team.

This role is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, coachable, and motivated by goals, growth, and performance-based earning potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional way.
- Introduce customers to a complimentary home water quality consultation.
- Collect basic customer information and help book qualified appointments.
- Use a provided tablet or phone during your shift.
- Represent Swift Home Improvement professionally inside partnered retail locations.
- Work toward clear shift-based performance goals.
- Create a positive first impression for homeowners and retail customers.

Requirements:

Work Hours and Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling with both part time and full-time opportunities available.

Available hours range from 15 to 30 hours per week.

- Evening and weekend shifts priority
- Day shifts

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
