Year Round Landscaping Inc. is looking for experienced Landscape Construction Foreperson (Hardscape). Candidate must have 3 years in the Landscape Construction Industry with the ability to perform, manage and complete projects timely and on budget. Foreperson must be able to install retaining walls, paving stones and all other related hardscape and soft scape work. Foreperson must be able to read and understand landscape construction drawings, elevations, grades, operate tools, equipment, skid steer, and excavator. Foreperson must be able to order proper materials and quantities. Must have a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract able to operate a truck with attached trailer. Position requires a background and firm understanding of COR and maintaining a jobsite safety program with managing and reporting coworkers time.
