We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team. The Clinic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of OHIP appointments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare, providing hands-on experience in a clinical environment. M: 8am-5:15pm
T: 9:30am-1:15pm
W: 8am - 5:15pm
Th: 9:30-1:15pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient appointments
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Assist with patient documentation including intake forms, consent forms, and procedure notes.
- Support medical staff with various tasks in preparation for, during, and after procedures.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and restock as needed

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
