Sub-contractor Requirements:
- Must be a limited or incorporated company
- WCB
- Liability insurance ($2 000 000)
- GST registration
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle to transport flooring materials
Experience: At least three years as a flooring installer
Skills: You must be able to install subfloor, carpet, vinyl plank, laminate, and vinyl sheet. You understand and meet project deadlines. In addition, you have strong communication skills with your coworkers and our clients.
Characteristics: self-motivated, critical and creative thinker, strategic problem solver, safety oriented.
