Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of production machinery, equipment, and facilities, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:

· Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.

· Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, implementing corrective measures.

Repair and Calibration:

· Conduct repairs and adjustments to machinery and equipment to resolve malfunctions and deviations from standard performance.

· Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency in production processes.

Preventive Maintenance:

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.

· Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

Facility Maintenance:

· Maintain the overall condition of the production facility, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

· Address facility-related issues and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.

Safety Compliance:

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

· Conduct safety inspections, report hazards, and participate in safety training programs.

Inventory Management:

· Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

· Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of required parts.

Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,



including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory logs.

· Input data into computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with production and other teams to address maintenance issues promptly and minimize downtime.

· Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance-related field is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

· Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

· Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial control systems.

· Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
