We are looking for a part time, 4 days a week, receptionist for our calm, patient-focused dental hygiene clinic in Ladysmith. Dental knowledge is desirable, yet we’re willing to train the right person.

Monday - Thursdays

Hours: 6 to 8 hour shifts

Dental knowledge is desirable and recommended; but we are willing to train the right individual. Pacific Pearl is a calm, patient-focused dental hygiene clinic with a fun, supportive team. We’re looking for a friendly receptionist who can help our days run smoothly in a busy but positive environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Schedule and confirm appointments, we use Maxident dental software
- Answer phone and email inquiries
- Support hygienists to maintain smooth patient flow
- Keep the reception area organized

Qualifications:

- Dental clinic experience is recommended




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced but friendly environment
- Knowledge of current technology

Schedule:

Monday - Thursdays 9-3:30pm with option for flexible start and end time; depending on workload, there may be opportunity for additional hours.
