Who we are
Located in Fort St. John B.C and the surrounding area. We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of Carpenter. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience in multiple areas of construction, including carpentry, finishing and general maintenance tasks. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.

What's the role

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Install concrete formwork, rebar, concrete, grouting, wood stud and steel stud framing, insulation, vapour barrier, drywall, t-bar ceilings, doors, windows, trims, caulking, flooring, paint, weather barriers, flashings and cladding with precision and care.
- Handle heavy lifting as necessary during construction activities.
- Use of manlifts and various equipment.





What experience we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Relevant experience
- Valid drivers license
- Own transportation
- Own handtools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Manlift, fall arrest and basic first aid training
