Kayla's Children Centre is a multi-disciplinary centre for children with special needs. Our mission is to provide high-quality, cutting-edge, educational, therapeutic, and recreational programs for infants, children and teens with special needs, and to assist their families by offering support and respite.

Role: Educational Assistant

Responsibilities:





- Work 1:1 with children and be able to run a small group
- Collaboration within the classroom and within the multi-disciplinary team
- Follow through on protocol given by teachers and other therapy staff
- Implement behaviour management protocol
- Record and track data

Skills and Qualifications:

- Effective experience working with a broad variety of learners and children in an educational setting
- Experience working with children ages 3-15
- Have or are pursuing RBT, BCaBA, BST, or ABS (preferred)
- CPR and crisis prevention certifications (preferred)
