Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our company's financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while collaborating with other departments.

You will be a key partner in modernizing our financial operations, with the freedom to explore, recommend, and implement emerging AI tools.

We're building a highly efficient, tech-forward finance department, and we count on our team's collaborative spirit and cutting-edge ideas to lead the way.

As a key member of our lean and dynamic finance team, your contributions will be highly visible. You will work in close partnership with our Senior Controller, gaining direct exposure to high-level financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Oversee account reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records.




- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, for data entry and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure alignment between accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes and resolve any billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding financial transactions.

Experience

- Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role within an accounting workplace.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Experience in human resources functions related to payroll processing is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $59,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
