Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service in the kitchen
- Create and implement menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:
- Extensive experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership or management role




- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen procedures
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
