Top Tier Education Corp. (TTEC) is offering a paid internship/practicum for a recent Master's graduate ready to get their hands dirty in a quick-moving, multi-sector environment.

This isn't a coffee-and-filing role.

You'll sit at the intersection of private equity M&A;, post-secondary education policy, government relations, non-profit governance, and day-to-day operations across a growing portfolio of career colleges in Western Canada.

What you'll actually do:

- Support the President with executive operations and strategic priorities
- Engage with government, regulatory bodies, and industry associations
- Work across corporate, non-profit, and community-facing initiatives
- Learn how a real acquisition and operating group makes decisions

What we're looking for:

- A completed or near-complete Master's degree (any relevant field)




- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants exposure, not just a title
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational instincts
- Genuine curiosity about how organizations are built and run
- AI fluency or finance/accounting skills are a serious asset — we use both actively and reward people who bring them

This is a practicum-eligible placement with real potential for a permanent role after completion.
