Mann Operations Group is an industry leader in civil construction and excavations. This position will work with our accounting team to secure revenue through accurate and timely billing and collections. The Mann Operations Group includes: Don Mann Excavating, RG Excavating, Victoria Drain Services, and Axis Shoring & Drilling

We are looking for a skilled AR Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team on site in our beautiful new office in Langford.

Key Qualifications

· 2+ years in an AR role.

· 2+ years customer service and data entry experience in an office setting.

· Self-driven, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills.

Key Duties
· Posts, verifies, and processes receipts.

· Generates invoices, meets customer specific billing deadlines, sends account statements to customers, and follows up as necessary to ensure timely payments.





· Maintains billing system and customer records.

· Assists with account reconciliations.

· Investigates discrepancies.

· Provides weekly reporting to management.
