We are seeking a fully certified Pilates Instructor to teach private, semi-private, and small-group Pilates sessions. Whether you're an experienced instructor or a newly certified teacher eager to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Required

- Fully certified Pilates Instructor
- STOTT PILATES® (or equivalent comprehensive certification)
- Mat and Reformer certification
- Current professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach

Assets

- Cadillac and Stability Chair certification
- Previous teaching experience
- Experience working with rehabilitation, prenatal/postnatal, or athletic populations

Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, engaging, and effective private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions.
- Adapt exercises to accommodate clients with different goals, abilities, and physical conditions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized instruction and exceptional customer service.




- Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming atmosphere in every session.
- Communicate clearly with clients and the studio team.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
- Support client retention by creating an outstanding experience and encouraging long-term progress.
- Contribute to a collaborative studio culture that values learning, professionalism, and excellence.

Job Type: Part-time
