Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automotive Tire Tech to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional tire and automotive services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe, reliable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is highly valued, and a passion for automotive repair is essential for success in this position.

Duties

- Install, repair, and replace tires on various vehicle makes and models using hand tools and power tools
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, and other tire-related maintenance tasks
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues related to tires and suspension systems
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor automotive issues beyond tire services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely during service procedures




- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Promote additional automotive services such as oil changes, brake repairs, or sales of accessories when appropriate

Experience

- Dealership experience or previous work as an automotive mechanic is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology is essential
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment in an automotive setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work physically demanding shifts
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and safety protocols is highly desirable
- Prior sales experience related to automotive parts or services is a plus
