We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, utensils, and serving stations
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless guest service in a lively restaurant setting
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple tables with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards required
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, bill calculation, and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods
