Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and guests

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the food industry environment, including meal preparation and food handling practices
- Experience working in fast-paced settings with a focus on quality and efficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

Must be available to work nights and weekends, and must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
