Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently at the bar and tables
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, timely delivery of orders, and friendly interaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest experience
- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality experience is a plus; a positive attitude and teamwork orientation are essential
