Job Summary
You will be responsible to drive to and from all jobs. Whether residential cleaning or commercial cleaning, provide a quality service. You must have strong communication skills and be able to work alone and as a team.
The Foreman is the bridge between office team and cleaning professionals. You are essential to keeping the lines of communication open and showcase our high level of quality. It is the Foreman’s responsibility to assist the Office Manager in providing solutions when there is strife, unhappiness, breaking of policy or general issues that exist within the body of Cleaning Professionals.
You are required to be responsible, dependable, and reliable as you are a vital part of our team. The team members will deal with you directly and the ultimate goal is to have the business run smoothly for both team members and clients.

Duties
- Leave the job in better condition than found upon arrival
- Secure homes upon leaving (lock doors and windows, set alarms, etc.) without letting pets out
- Attend and participate in meetings as recommended by Corporation and/or Management
- Work in a safe manner
- Must provide own transportation to and from the cleaning job
- Must adhere to dress code
- Use & learn multiple apps
- Comprehend cleaning checklists for all types of cleans
Reporting Relationship:
As a Foreman Cleaning Tech of Simply Spotless Cleaning Company, you are reporting to your Foreman/Manager. We always encourage open communication throughout all team members.

Hours of Work & Wage
Wage will start at the Minimum Wage and increase to $18/hour after training is complete. Opportunity for benefits when requirements are met.
