Candidate Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ years of accident benefits experience including working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and LAT Process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume practice.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional critical thinking and writing skills.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily communication with clients and counsels.
- Perform detailed review of clients medical documentation and other files.
- Create and maintain good relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, healthcare providers and their staff.
- Handle OCF forms according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) requirements.
- Drafting letters to insurance companies, doctors, OHIP, police ,clinics ,defense counsel and clients
- Make sure clients receive the right amount of benefits under SABS when dealing with insurance companies.
- Drafting LAT applications.
- General office file maintenance.
