We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Representative to support HR operations at a manufacturing facility located near Port Dover, ON.

Pay - $60K

Key Responsibilities:-

- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues

- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment standards and labor laws

- Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files accurately

- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions

- Coordinate training programs, safety initiatives, and employee development activities

- Support payroll and perks administration in collaboration with internal teams





- Participate in health & safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR and plant operations

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 3 5 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments

- Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and labor relations practices

- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

- CHRP or CHRL designation (preferred)
