Customer Service Relations

Hourly wage: $17.00

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative with a flexible schedule for a weekend position, and an on-call basis.

The position of Customer Relations Associate is responsible for the Day-to-Day security and enforcement of the rules and regulations of the Tuscany Residents Association (TRA).

Authority:

The Customer Service Representative reports to the Administration Coordinator, receives their authority from them and is responsible for the areas outlined herein, and other duties as determined from time to time.

Duties:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Customer Relations Associate is responsible for performing the following specific tasks:

· Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and Residents attendance.

· Ensure people entering the facility or park have a valid pass or are signed in by a valid member.

· Complete the appropriate forms regarding park usage, equipment rentals, and guest sign in.





· Enforce all Tuscany Residents Association Rules currently approved by the Board of Directors.

· Taking payments by credit card, debit, or checks for yearly HOA fees and programs.

. Helping residents with program registration, set up and take down.

· Opening and / or locking the facility and other areas of the park as per outlined procedures.

Qualifications:

· Prior customer service experience is necessary.

· General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office experience.

· Effective communication skills, and problem solving.

· A team player, someone who enjoys works well with others.

· The ability to work independently and take instructions.

· Versatile working weekend hours, able to work A.M or P.M. shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

- Call center: 1 year (required)
