As the platform continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Lead who can define product strategy, lead

cross-functional execution, and ensure product initiatives are delivered efficiently from concept to launch.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create engaging user

experiences while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities. This opportunity is ideal for a

product leader who enjoys building consumer-facing products, solving complex user problems, and

collaborating with highly technical teams in a rapid-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years

of overall professional experience, including product leadership experience delivering software products.

Previous exposure to blockchain, Web3, digital assets, or creator-focused platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

 Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for key platform initiatives

 Lead product planning from discovery through delivery while ensuring alignment across engineering,

design, and business teams

 Translate business objectives and user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and

feature specifications

 Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility

 Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and drive successful

product execution

 Analyze user feedback, engagement metrics, and market trends to continuously improve the product

experience

 Coordinate product releases and ensure effective communication across cross-functional

stakeholders

Requirements

 10+ years of overall professional experience,



including significant experience in product

management or product leadership

 Previous experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Product

Owner, or similar role

 Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing software products from concept through launch

 Strong understanding of product management methodologies, Agile development, and software

delivery processes

 Experience working closely with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders

 Ability to define product strategy using customer insights, business objectives, and data-driven

decision making

 Experience using GitHub, Jira, Notion, or similar product management and collaboration tools

 Previous exposure to blockchain, Web3 technologies, digital assets, or decentralized applications is

preferred

 Experience with social platforms, creator ecosystems, online communities, marketplaces, or SaaS

products is highly desirable

 Excellent communication, leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
