We have a Night Audit position available from Midnight to 8am . As Night Auditor, you:

* represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guests stay

*verify that all shift closeouts balance betweeen systems. Audit all processes that have occurred during the previous day.

* Determines a guest’s reservations status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete registration cards and then assigns rooms accommodating special requests whenever possible.

* Verifies the guests method of payment and follows hotel procedure for specific reservations

*Must be sales minded. Know the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.

*Ensure cleanliness of common areas.

* Assist Breakfast Ambassador in preparing breakfast.

*Assist laundry department as required.
