We are currently seeking a Chief Mate with at least a 150 GT Master License and Marine Radio Operator Permit. Must be personable and be able to work flexible hours.

Our Chief Mate , under direct supervision of the Captain, operates Transport Canada inspected passenger vessels in Georgian Bay in a manner that ensures the safety and security of the crew and passengers, enjoyment of the passengers, and respect for the environment. A flexible schedule is a must. Schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Bruce Anchor Cruises are seeking Chief Mates to join our team. This is a customer focused position with a strong emphasis on operations safety.



We are looking for friendly individuals who take pride in their appearance, demonstrate robust team player abilities and want to run a safe vessel operation. Bruce Anchor Cruises operates 7 days a week from May through to October.

Qualifications and Skills

- Chief Mate 150 GT Domestic Certificate
- Valid Transport Canada Approved Marine Medical
- Valid Marine Advanced First Aid
- ROC-MC
- STCW Training

Wages to be discussed upon hiring.

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour

Experience:

- jet boat operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- 60 GT or 150 GT Masters Licence (required)
