Role Description The Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Bluebird Café & Grill in Orangeville, ON. This role oversees front-of-house sales activities, including managing daily floor operations, monitoring table turnover, and promoting menu items and specials to maximize revenue. The Retail Sales Manager leads and coaches the service team, ensures consistent customer service standards, handles guest inquiries and feedback, and supports reservation management. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, assisting with basic inventory and merchandising of retail items (such as branded products or take-home items), coordinating with kitchen leadership, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.




- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests and resolve issues professionally.
- Focus on Customer Experience, with a track record of improving guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management, including team supervision.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Comfort with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales reporting tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $27.01-$44.89 per hour
