Vacation Rental Housekeeper and Supervisor Whistler Apex Cleaning

Compensation: $24-26/hr (Housekeepers) | $26+/hr (Supervisors)

About Us

Apex Cleaning is a vacation rental cleaning company servicing over 100 properties across Whistler. Our focus is straightforward — clean homes done properly, on schedule, and ready for every guest arrival. We're a volume-based operation that runs on reliability, efficiency, and high standards.

Housekeepers & Supervisors

You'll be turning over vacation rental units between guest stays — fully furnished homes and condos that need to be reset quickly and to a consistent standard. Most units are one to three bedrooms, and most days involve multiple turnovers, so positive time management is essential.

What we focus on:

- Kitchens, bathrooms, beds, and floors
- Counters, tables, and all visible surfaces
- Making every unit feel fresh and genuinely guest-ready

What we provide:

- All cleaning supplies and equipment
- Laundry and amenity supplies
- Clear expectations and ongoing support

You just need comfortable clothes and a strong work ethic.

What we're looking for:

- Cleaning experience (hotel or vacation rental preferred)
- Ability to work independently and stay on pace
- Reliable, punctual, and takes the work seriously
- Weekend availability is a plus

We don't expect perfection on day one — we do expect someone who shows up, pays attention, and wants to do the job right.

Hiring Process

Before any hire, we conduct a short trial clean (1–2 hours). We'll walk through a unit together, explain our standards, and see how you work. If it's a good fit, we move forward — simple as that.

Compensation Summary

- Housekeepers: $22–$26/hr
- Supervisors: $26+/hr + bonus

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
