Position Summary
Elevate Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mozaik Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate cabinetry drawings, production-ready shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC-ready files using Mozaik software. This position works closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design custom cabinetry using Mozaik Cabinet Software.
- Prepare production drawings and shop drawings.
- Generate cut lists, labels, and CNC files.
- Review architectural and construction drawings.
- Ensure designs meet client specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with production staff to resolve design issues.
- Modify drawings based on customer or project changes.
- Verify measurements and material selections.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience using Mozaik Cabinet Software is required.
- Experience in custom cabinetry or millwork design.
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods.
- Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Cabinet Vision is considered an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of CNC machining and production workflows.
- Familiarity with hardware and material specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
