Skills
- Proven experience as cook or cook line cook preferred but not required. Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, bakeware, etc.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)and methods of storing and preparing ingredients (chopping, peeling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment as we are an independent company we need people who can work on their own as well as help with other tasks
