Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines the art of crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with managerial responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, food industry knowledge, and leadership abilities to create a welcoming environment for customers while efficiently managing store functions. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items following company standards.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions using Micros POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow during shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Train new staff on food preparation, food handling, POS systems,



and customer service protocols.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and reconcile cash at shift end.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and serving techniques.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
