Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Technician 310T and 310S to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience working in dealership or industrial environments. The Technician will ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely, providing exceptional service to clients and supporting ongoing maintenance needs.

Duties

- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, part replacements, and system calibrations
- Operate heavy machinery for testing or assembly purposes when necessary
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately diagnose problems
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed
- Assist with the installation of current equipment or components as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair findings clearly and professionally





Requirements

- Valid certification as a 310T or 310S Technician with relevant dealership experience preferred
- Proven experience working with heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive repair, industrial equipment maintenance, electrical systems, and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating heavy or industrial equipment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or welding is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting
