Duties

- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management to ensure timely patient access
- Support medication intake procedures, including verifying prescriptions and updating patient records and entering prescriptions accurately in kroll software
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication guidance,



and ensuring a positive experience

Experience

- Prior pharmacy assistant experience in retail settings with a minimum of 2 years is required.
- Fast and accurate prescription processing in kroll as well as skills such as blister packaging, medication packaging, cashing out customers.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration
- Fluency in a Punjabi language is an asset.
