Restaurant Team Member

At Rosel's, we're a family-owned restaurant with an open kitchen where every team member plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests. This is more than a traditional line cook position we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is willing to help wherever needed.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of our daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving guests, operating the cash register, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. Because our kitchen is open to customers, we take pride in providing friendly service, working efficiently, and presenting ourselves professionally at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep tasks
- Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Serve and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and process customer orders
- Assist with food packaging and takeout orders
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen equipment clean and sanitary
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining area, and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures




- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
