Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing hygiene schedules and patient communication. Dental office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule
- Coordinate patient appointments and recall system
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations
- Communicate with patients regarding hygiene visits and treatment plans
- Work closely with hygienists and the front desk team to maintain an efficient schedule
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up systems
Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience is required
- Experience as a Hygiene Coordinator or similar dental administrative role preferred
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Gold dental software is a strong asset

- Monday to Friday
