THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Performance Reporting Assistant to join their Operations & Supply Chain team. This position plays a key role in supporting supply chain performance reporting, data analysis, and reporting system administration. Working closely with internal departments, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for producing accurate reporting, maintaining reporting systems, supporting supply chain initiatives, and providing meaningful data insights to drive operational decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to analyze, visualize, and present operational performance data.
- Prepare and distribute vessel forecasting reports, performance scorecards, and operational reporting in accordance with established schedules.
- Produce ad hoc reports and provide data analysis to support business initiatives and operational decision-making.




- Coordinate reporting activities with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the administration of operational programs by consolidating, validating, troubleshooting, and reporting on high-volume data.
- Assist with the processing and reconciliation of operational data and related program payments.
- Work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to test, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance reporting systems and legacy applications.
- Investigate reporting issues, identify data discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain reporting documentation, support system enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with high-volume data, reporting, analytics, or business operations.
- Experience using Power BI to build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience preparing recurring operational or business performance reports with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working with reporting systems, databases, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while working with internal departments, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field is considered an asset.
