We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Part-Time Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team for 1–2 days per week. This is an ideal position for a qualified professional currently working in an aesthetic environment who is looking to supplement their schedule with additional hours.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience, exceptional client relation skills, and a business-minded approach to help grow our practice through patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare procedures, including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), chemical peels, radiofrequency (RF) treatments, and microneedling.
- Assist with injectable procedures (neurotoxins & fillers) under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on home care products.
- Develop and curate engaging social media content to promote our services and support brand awareness.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to support client acquisition and growth.
- Manage aesthetic inventory, retail products, and supply ordering.
- Maintain a clean,
organized, qualified, and sterile clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or certificate in Medical Aesthetics from an accredited program.
- Experience: Prior hands-on work experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic setting is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in advanced skincare procedures (IPL, chemical peels, RF, microneedling).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapid trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- Mindset: Business-minded, proactive, and focused on client retention and practice growth.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with our clinical staff.
