Summary

We are seeking a passionate Instructor to join our team at Groove Academy in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in inspiring students and helping them achieve their musical goals while contributing to our mission of excellence in music education.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective music lessons tailored to students' skill levels.




- Foster a positive learning workplace that encourages creativity and confidence.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for performances and exams.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum materials.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Promote a love for music within the community.
- Support school events and recitals as needed.
