We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused candidate to join our team as a Rental Sales Supervisor. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our car rental business.

Responsibilities:

- Qualifying and Processing Rentals: Efficiently handle customer rentals, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
- Offering Optional Products and Services: Provide customers with information on optional products and services, enhancing their overall rental experience.
- Transaction Reporting: Prepare daily transaction reports for rentals, returns, and exchanges to maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Conduct weekly vehicle and asset inventory to optimize fleet management.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, including booking rentals and addressing various phone inquiries.
- Vehicle Inspection: Thoroughly inspect vehicles for damage upon rental returns, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Fleet Availability: Check daily and weekly reservations to maintain fleet availability and ensure specific vehicles are ready as per reservations.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer requests, complaints, and other issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Outdoor Work: Be adaptable to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.
- Keyholder Responsibilities: Serve as a keyholder for the store, managing opening and closing duties.
- Vehicle Handling: Drive and park vehicles on-lot as required.
- Detailing and Additional Tasks:



Perform vehicle detailing and other related tasks as directed by the manager.

Educational Background:

- Post-Secondary Education: From a college/university/institute.
- Secondary School Diploma/GED: Required.

Professional Experience:

- Customer Service: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Vehicle Detailing: Experience in detailing vehicles is an advantage.

Skills:

- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Basic knowledge of different car models and features is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Passion for Automotive: A passion for automotive and cars will be considered an asset.

Additional Notes:

- Flexibility: Must be willing to carry out additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full time/ Part-time

Salary: $16-$19 per hour
