Job Responsibilities

- Deliver math instruction following the Singapore Math curriculum framework.
- Apply CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) approach and Model Drawing methods.
- Design personalized learning plans for K-8 students.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide detailed feedback to parents.
- Prepare lesson materials and participate in curriculum improvement.
- Support occasional academic events such as demo classes and math competition training.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher (Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- Strong math foundation and ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Experience (preferred but not required):
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.




- Focus on developing mathematical thinking over rote memorization.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for various learning levels.
- Excellent communication with both students and parents.
- Patient, responsible, and student-centered.
- Team-oriented and accountable.
- Comfortable with online remote teaching.

Job Type: Part time / Contract

Location: Remote (Canada)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Pay: CA$25.00 – CA$45.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 – 25 per week

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
