Bring leadership to the waterfront and ensure a safe and fun swim time.
Experience:
- Four years of waterfront experience or equivalent based on OCA standards
- Current NLS (Waterfront preferred)
- Current LSSC Swimming Instructor certification
- Must be a team leader
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Duties include:
- Initiate, implement and oversee an effective, quality and safety conscious swimming and boating program in accordance with the Red Cross and OCA standards
- Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of the waterfront
- Give overall direction to all activities at the waterfront, pond and boating areas on or off the camp property, with special emphasis on safety
- Evening program support
- Member of the Program Team
- Must be able to work well with others and lead by example
Age Requirement: 20 years old
Honorarium: starts at $220/week
