- tBug review, de-duplication, and triage — prevent randomization of engineering teams by identifying duplicates, requesting clarification, and ensuring bugs adhere to reporting standard
- sTest status reportin
- gCross-functional interactions and feature bring-up with engineer
- sSoftware and hardware bug investigation and reportin
- gBug fix verificatio
- nTargeted ad-hoc testing of undocumented area
- sReview of bug reports from other team member
- sIdentify test and process gaps and raise them to Quality leadershi
- pOnboarding and mentoring more junior team member
- sClear verbal and written communication, including team group posts to share test status and provide clarity on defect report
