What You'll Do: You'll maintain Squire's property portfolio to ensure functionality and condition, working professionally while adhering to RTA policies, keeping accurate records, and providing maintenance recommendations to Property Managers.
Maintenance & Repairs -Oversee plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs
- Complete unit turnovers for prospective tenants
- Provide proactive maintenance recommendations
- Perform minor landscaping and other assigned tasks
Record Keeping -Maintain records using the online system
- Track timesheets and purchase orders
- Create and maintain a database with property insights
- Code and file receipts
Scheduling & Administration -Coordinate with Property Managers/Operations Manager for resident, tenant, and guest entry approvals
- Assist with daily scheduling and provide time estimates for expense approvals
- Coordinate with approved vendors when required
- Proactively order supplies for site visits
- Maintain company equipment
What We're Looking For: -Minimum two years' experience in a similar or transferable role
- Safe, effective use of hand tools
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs indoors/outdoors)
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, doors, windows, fixtures, and basic plumbing
- Calm under pressure with strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions
- Familiar with Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iCloud)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
