Technique Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our growing team. We specialize primarily in residential renovations, offering a wide variety of projects and hands-on experience. This is a site-based position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Carpenter with daily tasks
Perform rough carpentry and general construction duties
Maintain clean, protected, and organized job sites

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous construction or renovation experience is an asset but not required
