Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a 6-storey wood frame development.

Your new role

As the Site Superintendent, you will take ownership of all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, enforcing health and safety requirements, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead daily site operations while fostering strong relationships with trades, consultants, and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multi-family residential projects.




Proven experience delivering 6-storey wood frame developments from excavation through occupancy.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
Thorough knowledge of Alberta building codes, health and safety regulations, and quality control processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
Strong track record of driving schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship
