What Youll Be Working On

- Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.

- Acting as a role model for your team members providing guidance training and support to help them succeed.

- Provid ing exceptional personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.

- Maintain ing merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean welcoming workplace.

- Assist ing with daily store operations including opening and closing restocking and processing transactions.

- Stay ing up to date on product features advantages and promotions.

- Collaborat ing with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

- Handl ing guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

The Physical Side of the Role

- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to shift push reach stretch twist bend pull or maneuver weight over 50 lb s to fold stock and build or display addition you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.





- Comfortable climbing ladder s for merchandising and stock.

What Will Set You Up for Success

- 2 year s of retail or guest service experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to handle keys cash and store security responsibilities.

- A genuine passion for people home décor and helping others find what they love.

- Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Homes extensive range of products ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest .

- A clean professional and fashion forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the stores dress code standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
