Due to continued expansion and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced High-Rise Superintendent to join their team on a landmark concrete tower development.
Your new role
As the High-Rise Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading all in office construction activities for a major residential high-rise project from structural concrete through occupancy. You will oversee subcontractors, manage site safety, maintain quality standards, and ensure the project is delivered according to schedule and budget. Working closely with the Project Manager and consultant team, you will coordinate daily operations, resolve site issues, and provide strong leadership throughout all phases of construction.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on concrete high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.
Demonstrated success delivering projects exceeding 15 storeys from start to finish.
Extensive knowledge of concrete structures, building envelope systems, interior finishes, and MEP coordination.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control procedures.
Experience managing large trade workforces and coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
