This position offers an opportunity to oversee the entire installation lifecycle, interacting closely with third-party vendors and internal teams. You will manage service requests, ensure timely installations, and maintain detailed records for up to 100 projects monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full installation lifecycle from intake to invoicing
- Select best-fit installation vendors based on customer needs




- Coordinate scheduling between customers and technicians

Requirements:

- 1+ years in project coordination or technical support
- Knowledge of 12–24VDC electrical systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
